Hongda Motorcycle Parts and Components Factory is located in a new industrial park--Xiaowan industrial park at Xiema town, Beibei district in Chongqing municipality with convenient transport and elegant surroundings. Its gross building area is about 18, 000squre meters.
Our factory have a series of product line, such as die casting, mechanical processing, and electroplating, stoving varnish, shot blasting and so on, and we are mainly producing Cylinder Head with five-small cover including Type 70 and Type 100, upper-left cover including Type CB125 and Type CG125, left and right trim cover, left cover, up-and-down inspection plate, valve bonnet, SUZUKI 125 2-hole, 3-hole cover, dripping trim cover, Suzuki knife, Liqing motor cover, cylinder head and so on. Not only are we being appointed as OEM by Chongqing Yingang Group Co. Ltd. Chongqing Haoye Motorcycle Co. Ltd. Guangdong Jiangmen Liqing Co. Ltd. But our products are being sold abroad such as Pakistan, Vietnam and so on, and we had gained high prize from our customers, meanwhile, our factory is a much bigger one in the field of producing small motorcycle parts and components in Chongqing. Our factory is keeping increasing strongly with far higher speed, and our factory building have changed into a spacious and bright workshop building being used to be a place of the special mechanical processing and die casting from the original individual workshop. What′s more, the number of our workers has increased to be more than 100 at present from being more than 10 in the past, and we have 2 professional senior technical, 3 senior administrators and quality control personnel, the profit and tax being paid for our country have doubled.
Since building our factory from the year of 1998, under the leadership of factory director, Lei kebin, all the workers unite together and thrive the enterprise by hard working, and we remain our heart in Hongda Motorcycle Parts and Components Factory having the purpose of striving for survival, innovating for development, and having credit for customers, having low price for market to make our enterprise thriving and prosperous.
Our factory have been insisting on adopting management of standardization, we have built and implemented ISO90012000 quality management system in the year of 2003, what′s more, we have optimized the rules and regulations, and have improved the level of integrating with international standardization, We sincerely welcome all the friends to come to investigate and visit.
